Scienceosaurus.com is a small (very small—it’s just me, Jared) business.  As such, each customer is taken very seriously.  However, this small size forces me to custom print each request on a per-order basis.  Thus, I cannot honor refund requests for buyer’s remorse.  Instead, I provide detailed descriptions of my products so that my valued customers know what they are ordering.  Please do your part by ordering the correct product and the size.  Thanks; and thanks again for your interest and stunning discernment in t-shirts and accessories.

 

Estimated shipping delivery times:

 

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

 

International shipping:

 

International shipments may incur customs fees.  For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

 

I do not take responsibility for customs fees.  Any customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please let me know if your order doesn’t arrive!

 

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address.  If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns policy

 

Damaged items:

 

Sticking my customers with damaged merchandise is right up there with zombie apocalypse and watermelon pizza on the list of things I want to avoid here at Scienceosaurus.  So, if something arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within a week’s time!  Get a hold of me at the contact us page or at scienceosaurus@gmail.com.  Apologies for any inconvenience and for putting the image of watermelon pizza into your head.

 

Wrong size:

 

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart.  Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled by the garment manufacturer.  Let me know and I’ll get you sorted out.
